The second phase of the Multaq brand experience encompasses the full patient journey. Upon enrolling in the SmartTraq program, patients gain access to a dedicated portal designed to provide comprehensive support for staying on treatment for AFib. Resources include heart-healthy recipes, push notifications for medication reminders, email and SMS communications for ongoing engagement, and nurse outreach at every milestone in the journey. This experience was developed through a close collaboration between UX experts and behavioral science specialists to ensure content and interactions are tailored to patients’ specific needs.
